Introduction - The Department of Marathi was established since the inception of the Rashtramata Indria Gandhi Arts, Commerce and Science College, Jalna in the Year 1991-1992.  The department of Marathi imparts instructions in the subject of Marathi and program prepared by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad at UG level.  B.A. (Marathi) subject course is of three year duration and divided into three parts, consisting of six semesters.  The department provides teaching facilities in the subject of Marathi at the optional level. As well as we impart it as Second Language.  Its teaching program is designed by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University to provide students with a broad overview of Marathi language and literature.
